Mine Manager, Surface Operations

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Mine Manager to lead all aspects of our surface mining operations. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production while driving continuous improvement across drilling, blasting, loading, hauling, maintenance, and support functions.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in surface mining operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large teams (30+ employees) at high-production sites.
• Demonstrated success in delivering operational improvements, cost savings, and safety enhancements.
• Strong knowledge of mine planning, equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with mine expansion, greenfield development, and capital project execution is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
