Job Description
Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their capital markets advisor in Washington, D.C. The role involves financial modeling, marketing materials, and securing financing for commercial real estate development, investors, and owners. The analyst will work with a top producer of capital markets advisors. This is a 100% on-site position in the Bethesda, MD office.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of commercial real estate experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or commercial real estate preferred
- Strong modeling skills in Excel and Argus
- Experience in CMBS, bank, and debt funds
- High attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Strong communication and analytical skills
