Job Description
Marathon Asset Management is a leading global asset manager seeking a Wealth Client Service Associate to partner with the Client Solutions & Business Development team. The Associate will maintain a high level of service, facilitate client needs, and optimize team effectiveness.
Requirements
- Assist the CSBD Team with administrative support of sales initiatives and investor requests.
- Facilitate escalated operational requests for investor accounts.
- Generate ad hoc reports for CSBD team.
- Maintain data integrity in CRM database.
- In partnership with the Marketing Team, assist with preparing all relevant materials for client meetings/calls
- Liaison between operations, risk, portfolio management and CSBD team to introduce an efficient client experience.
- Assist with the execution of bespoke client events as needed.
- Coordinate investor information to help CSBD teams maximize product impact.
