Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Contractor Construction Superintendent with ground up construction experience to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
Requirements
- Leadership and supervision of a team
- Organization and scheduling of work
- Experience in commercial building and construction
- Scope of work including large ground up projects, interior renovation projects, finish work, and relocation and replacement work
- Safety compliance and advocacy
- Problem-solving and decision-making
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literacy and experience in Microsoft Office and Procore software
- OSHA-30 Hour Training and recertification every 5 years
