Communications Manager

Marabu Airlines is seeking a Communications Manager to lead and strengthen internal and external communications for a rapidly expanding airline. This role involves driving employee engagement, supporting leadership, and acting as the internal lead for external communications in Germany. The position will collaborate with PR partners and provide support during change management initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications
• Proven ability to manage sensitive communications
• Experience leading communications projects from start to finish
• Experience in building, developing and maintaining a brand
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Agile mindset
• Understanding of aviation industry and remote team dynamics
• Legal right to work in the European Union
