Requirements
- At least 5 years of senior financial management experience, ideally in an international or multi-entity environment.
- Proven success in budgeting, planning, financial analysis, and risk management.
- Strong understanding of IFRS, audit processes, and financial controls.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Latvian and English.
