Funds Lawyer - Up to 4 PQE

The Maples Group is a leading financial and legal services firm seeking a Funds Lawyer to join their team in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will provide legal advice to clients on Luxembourg fund formation, ongoing legal and regulatory compliance, and restructuring of investment vehicles.

Requirements

• Advising clients on a wide range of matters with a focus on Luxembourg fund formation and ongoing legal and regulatory compliance
• Working with a client base of domestic and international clients
• Engaging in business development activities and promoting the firm
• Supervising junior lawyers and sharing knowledge and experience within the team
• Liaising with colleagues from other offices, Luxembourg authorities, and domestic and international clients
