We are seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to lead and scale our website experimentation and conversion strategy. You will own end-to-end CRO strategy, design and manage experimentation pipelines, and collaborate with paid media and creative teams to align messaging with landing page experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CRO, growth marketing, or web performance optimization
- Hands-on experience with CRO tools and web analytics
- Knowledge of UX principles, data visualization, and statistical analysis for A/B testing
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
