At Manufacturing Maintenance Solutions (MMS), we're looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform advanced maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical, electrical, or facilities maintenance, with a strong leadership background and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or facilities maintenance
• Experience in a senior or leadership role
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and ensuring equipment reliability
• Strong leadership abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
