Job Description
TAPFIN has a career opportunity for a Director of Delivery to manage all aspects of the Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) program for a major client or several smaller clients. The role requires strong procurement experience, leadership skills, and ability to drive high client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of procurement experience in SOW management
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Experience negotiating and working with strategic, consulting and regional suppliers
- Ability to navigate within the global, diverse, matrixed nature of TAPFIN's organization
