Job Description
The ManpowerGroup Greece is seeking a full-time Purchasing Department Personnel to establish a department in the city of Vórobei, Central Macedonia, Greece. This role involves sourcing materials, negotiating prices, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient procurement to support the company's operations. The position is on-site and part of a customer in the fruit processing industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Sciences or Business Administration, Economics or related subject
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related position, preferably in the food industry
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent use of MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with ERP systems
- Ability to organize and manage priorities
- Negotiating skills and a business sense
- Team spirit and teamwork
- Attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions
