Job Description
ManpowerGroup Greece is seeking a Head of Health and Safety Installation (HSS Manager) for a prestigious dairy industry based in Sireres, Greece. The role focuses on defining, monitoring, and maintaining a culture of health and safety in the workplace, requiring strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and collaboration skills. The position involves ensuring fire prevention, emergency preparedness, and continuous improvement of installations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in an equivalent position in a manufacturing environment (preferable in the food industry)
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or related field
- Very good knowledge of VA regulations and fire safety - fire prevention
- Excellent English skills
- Experience in managing and investigating work accidents
- Experience with building security systems (CCTV, Access Control, etc.)
- Desirable Graduate in H&S, Industrial Safety or Management
