Job Description
ManpowerGroup is seeking a Business Analyst (Finance) to join their operations department in Athens, Greece. This role involves financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and data reporting, supporting a leading pharmaceutical company. The position focuses on accurate financial planning and reporting to management. The role is hybrid and reports to the Business Effectiveness Manager (FP&A Manager).
Requirements
- Bachelor & master’s in accounting or finance or business administration
- Minimum 2 years’ Experience (instead of up to 3)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Solid and effective thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
