Job Description
The HR Studies Officer is responsible for social management control, surveys and statistical studies, HR consulting, and social and regulatory monitoring. The role involves collecting and analyzing data, creating indicators, and providing reports to management and operational staff.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in human resources management (BAC+4/5) finance or information technology management
- At least 3/5 years of experience in a similar activity
- Perfect mastery of Excel and usual query tools and BI such as Business Object or Cognos
