Facility Manager (location Athens)

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee all building-related activities of our multinational client. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well functioning.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering is a plus
• Proven experience (at least 5 years) as Facility Manager
• Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
• Experience in providing solutions based on customer needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
• Ability in working with financial figures
