Technical eDiscovery Analyst

The New York County District Attorney’s Office has an immediate opening for a Senior Technical eDiscovery Analyst in its Information Technology (IT) Department. The eDiscovery Analyst will work closely with Senior Managers, Managers, Analysts, Legal Review Attorneys, instructing case teams, and clients as needed. The primary responsibility of Senior eDiscovery Analyst will be executing technical solutions in adherence to best practices, administering our in-house discovery platform, and supporting platforms provided by third-party vendors.

Requirements

• Processing data in eDiscovery platform (Relativity or NUIX processing experience is required)
• Running searches across eDiscovery platform to cull for privilege
• Creating review batches and coding layouts
• Preparing productions and exports for discovery and trial
• Be available and responsive to requests
• Administering NUIX and Relativity and supporting end-users
• Maintaining project files including preparing file notes, memoranda, minutes of meetings, instructions, tracking materials, and communications with the legal teams
