Job Description
Join the Voice of Customer team at Mango as a Data Analyst Intern. Capture customer feedback, analyze KPIs, and extract insights for the company's teams. Collaborate with the Customer Insights qualitative and quantitative team to build solid and complete insights about the Mango customer.
Requirements
- Student of degree or master's in data analysis, social sciences, economics, business, statistics, or similar
- Experience in applying quantitative research methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Good knowledge of English and Spanish
- Knowledge of human-centered design and radical collaboration
