Job Description
Manay CPA is seeking a Bilingual Accounting Assistant to provide comprehensive accounting support to clients. The role involves client onboarding, financial record management, preparing financial reports, and assisting with tax and payroll tasks. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of professional bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Experience with individual and business taxes (preferred)
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Excel
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
