Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Personalbereich - HR KeyUser & Digitalisierung am Standort Hamburg-Stellingen

We are looking for a part-time student (20 hours/week) to join our HR service team at our Hamburg-Stellingen site. The candidate will be involved in the digitalization of processes and documents, and will support the analysis and optimization of existing HR processes.

Requirements

• Currently studying business, human resources, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• Experience with HR systems (SAP HCM, SuccessFactors) is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player with a proactive and organized approach
