C# Engineer - Risk Engineering

Join one of the largest alternative asset managers as a skilled C# Engineer to work within the Risk Engineering team. Collaborate with highly skilled engineers to deliver solutions for daily risk analysis and continuous improvement of the Man Risk Platform.

Requirements

• Strong programming experience in C#/.NET
• Working knowledge of database technologies (e.g. SQL Server, MongoDB, ClickHouse)
• Familiarity with Linux environments and comfortable working across both Linux and Windows platforms
• Strong delivery-focused approach, ensuring business value is being met
• Collaborative software engineering practices: code review, unit testing, continuous integration, and refactoring
• Agentic engineering - willingness and ability to work effectively with AI-assisted development tools as part of daily workflow
• Confident communicator - able to articulate ideas clearly and deal constructively with differing views
• Genuine willingness to learn new technologies, programming languages, and domain knowledge
