Senior Platform Engineer

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in a Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role.
• 5 years of experience in a Automation field with a Software Engineering mindset (Google SRE Way)
• Deep, hands-on expertise with a major cloud provider (AWS and/or GCP).
• Strong proficiency with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform.
• Proven experience building and operating containerized workloads using Kubernetes or equivalent orchestration technologies.
• Experience designing and managing robust CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD is a major plus).
• Experience designing and implementing tooling and automation in Golang, Python (or similar) for offering the best Developer Experience in the Platform Engineering domain.
• A strong understanding of observability principles and experience with modern monitoring and logging tools
• A security-first mindset and familiarity with working in regulated, high-compliance environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a distributed, remote-first team culture.
