Activities Director 8a-5p (Full Time)

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Culture Creator and a Host to help enrich the lives of seniors in their community. The Culture Creator will set the tone of events and engagement, while the Host will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality activities programs. The role requires a proactive individual with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Have at least one year of experience in conducting group activities and evaluating resident needs
• Knowledge of the requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to the residents
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 12th grade proficiency
• Proficient in applying practical solving skills
• Pass a background check
• Pass a physical and mental health screening
