Assistant Property Manager

Makowsky Ringel Greenberg, LLC is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager for the Champion Hills at Windyke Apartments in Memphis, Tennessee. Responsibilities include leasing apartments, collecting payments, and performing daily inspections.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of residential management or leasing experience
• Experience using property management software, preferably OneSite or Yardi
• Available to work weekends
• Able to walk the property, which may include climbing stairs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation, a valid drivers license, and proof of insurance
• Pass credit check, background check, and drug screening
