Job Description
Making A Difference Foundation (MADF) is seeking a skilled HR Consultant to enhance their Human Resources capabilities and support their organization's mission. The role involves implementing HR strategies, advising on talent acquisition and employee development, and fostering a positive work environment. The consultant will collaborate with various departments to address HR challenges and provide tailored solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR consulting or a similar HR role
- In-depth understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are highly desirable
