Job Description
Make is a leading visual platform for designing, building, and automating tasks. We are seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist to join our Business Processes & Systems (BP&S) team, focusing on Customer Experience (CXP) operations. This role will optimize workflows using automation and AI, contributing to an exceptional customer journey and aligning with company strategy.
Requirements
- Proven proficiency with Make (our own software and integration platform)
- Strong foundational knowledge in automation technologies and concepts
- A curiosity and drive to experiment with new technology and tools, particularly AI
- Prior solutions design and implementation experience in AI projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Capability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
