Job Description
Make is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join their team in the Celonis office in Madrid, Spain. This is a hands-on role focused on optimizing revenue generation, specifically through data analysis and operational improvements. The role will involve leading initiatives from conception to deployment and measurement, collaborating with various teams to drive revenue impact. The team works across the US, UK, Germany, France, Canada, India, and Chile.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM strategy role
- Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce for reporting and analysis
- Familiarity with the broader GTM tech stack and data infrastructure
- Deep business acumen and ability to interpret data to drive revenue growth
- Experience leading cross-functional projects or initiatives
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
