Project Manager

MAK-SYSTEM is seeking a Project Manager to deliver advanced software solutions to clients. The successful candidate will have experience in IT project management, preferably in the IT Healthcare industry, and will be responsible for defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, as well as leading and managing project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in IT project management, preferably in IT Healthcare industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., agile/scrum)
• Cost and risk management skills
• Flexibility to travel onsite based on customer request
• Strong and natural leadership
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills in English
• Autonomy required and capacity to work within a worldwide team
• Problem-solving skills and ability to find innovative ways to resolve them
• Comfortable working with customers and colleagues at all levels and from a variety of cultures and backgrounds
• Strong team player, with good critical thinking skills
• Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
• Experience improving how things are done, as well as making sure they get done
• Care passionately about ensuring the safety of our customers’ patients
• Curious and enjoying working with different nationalities and cultures
