Fullstack Ruby on Rails Software Engineer (Remote Contractor - APAC Region)

We are looking for a Contract Fullstack Software Engineer to join our team responsible for building products that help aspiring software engineers level up and launch their careers.

Requirements

• 3+ years professional Ruby on Rails development experience
• Experience building and maintaining production Rails applications at scale
• Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Proficiency with modern JavaScript/React
• Experience with Git workflows and code review practices
• Proven ability to work independently in remote/distributed teams
• Strong experience in TDD and modern development practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong self-direction and ability to manage deliverables independently

Benefits

• 40 hours per week full time contract
• ₹1500000-2600000 INR/annually
• Flexible hours with 2-4 hour overlap with US Eastern Time for team syncs (typically 9am-1pm EST)
