Requirements
- Sales & Commercial: Develop individual and collective performance using complex and omnichannel sales techniques.
- Merchandising: Adapt the merchandising according to stock levels and recommendations from the brand to maximize attractiveness.
- Animation: Actively participate in commercial animation alongside management (daily briefings, sharing best practices).
- Back-office & Management: Contribute to store management missions: opening/closing, deliveries, cash handling and unlocking.
- Follow-up & Security: Ensure follow-up of unknown brands and security of goods and people.
