Requirements

• Develop individual and collective performance using complex and omnichannel sales techniques
• Value all product ranges (Decoration, MLP & Furniture)
• Adapt the merchandising according to the stocks and the recommendations of the brand to maximize the attractiveness
• Actively participate in commercial animation alongside management (launch briefs, sharing best practices)
• Contribute to store management missions: opening/closing, deliveries, cash handling, and security
• Ensure the follow-up of unknown marks and the security of goods and people
