Job Description
Mainshares is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a growing plumbing and home services business in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys being a vital part of a small team.
Requirements
- Answer and manage a high volume of inbound service calls and customer inquiries
- Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, or follow up on service jobs
- Support essential administrative functions, including processing warranties and rebate processing
- Track and organize information accurately using Excel and Google Workspace (G Suite)
- Handle scheduling and updates using a service management platform (ServiceTitan is a plus)
- Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Be willing to take initiative to pitch in across various administrative areas and occasional overtime opportunities
