CNA (Evenings, Memory Care)

Maine Veterans’ Homes is seeking full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide daily nursing care in their Memory Care wing. The organization serves veterans and families, working as a veteran advocate and recognizing a unique role as a provider and employer. They have received American Health Care Association awards for Quality in their facilities.

Requirements

• Active and in good standing on the Maine CNA registry
• Ability to work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, staff, supervisors, residents and their families
• Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Ability to understand and respond to residents’ needs
