Driver/Production Assistant 1

Become part of the dedicated Operations Team at The Salvation Army! This is an opportunity to work as a driver, while contributing to the success of the Program and its participants.

Requirements

• Follow daily routing directions
• Manage time daily to ensure route is completed within the approved work schedule
• Train, instruct and supervise truck helper
• Responsible for the safe loading and unloading of assigned truck
• Handle all donated material with safe handling procedures
• Abide by all DOT regulations and state and local laws
• Report all infractions of safety procedures
• Adhere to all meal and rest breaks per state law and company policy
