The Territory Manager - Sales will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and market penetration of the Mahindra Farm Division within the Maharashtra - Pune region. The role involves generating enquiries and effectively converting these into robust sales opportunities for farmers with substantial land holdings, as well as promoting innovative agricultural solutions and upskilling labourers and tractor drivers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Rural Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant experience in sales and marketing within the agricultural or farm machinery sectors
- Experience working directly with large-scale farmers and agrarian stakeholders
- Familiarity with the agricultural cycles and the mechanization needs at various crop stages
- Strong competencies in enquiry management, lead generation, and conversion, coupled with expertise in customer relationship management and negotiation
