Deputy Manager - Stores responsibilities include receipt and storage of material in store, ensuring standard operating procedures, and solving day-to-day problems of customers related to material receipt. The role also involves material receipt verification, manpower management, and MIS reports generation.

Requirements

• Receipt and storage of material in store as per location
• Ensure standard operating procedures (SOP) in receiving
• Solving day-to-day problems of customers related to material receipt
• Sale/Rejection Invoicing; GRN; RGP/NRGP; Stock transfer, etc. in SAP
• Material Receipt verification by audit on daily basis
• Manpower Management and ensure MH equipment availability
• MIS reports (TAT/GRN Reconciliation/Material Movement/Short or Excess Receipt)
• Participation in Quality circle, CRE, Kaizen and yellow belt project
