Evening Cook

The Evening Cook will perform various duties related to food production and serving, working as a team member to continuously improve services.

Requirements

• Wash and prepare foods
• Prepare meats and fish in various ways; test food by maintain proper temperatures for hot and cold foods
• Provide assistance with tray set-up, salad preparation, and procuring food from the refrigerator, freezer, or other storage location
• Date and labeled food with with the month and day
• Maintain the cooking area in a clean, neat, and orderly manner
• Wear proper PPE (personal protective equipment) when performing job duties
• Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance
