Process Controls & Automation Technician plays a critical role in ensuring uptime and process optimization through advanced troubleshooting, calibration, maintenance, and programming of control systems and related electrical/electronic equipment.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Electrical Technology, Industrial Automation, or a related field
- 3 years of relevant controls, automation, or industrial maintenance experience
- Strong proficiency with Siemens and GE Fanuc PLCs
- Working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs
- Experience with SCADA software (iFix preferred) and data historians (iHistorian)
- Familiarity with industrial networking and communication protocols
- Instrumentation calibration experience
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and schematic reading skills
- Experience with ISO-compliant maintenance practices
