Magnera is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heavy industrial equipment to ensure maximum equipment uptime and process reliability. The role requires hands-on mechanical expertise and experience working in a nonwoven manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of relevant industrial maintenance experience
• Experience in nonwoven or other heavy industrial environments
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including gears, chains, bearings, and drive systems
• Ability to work independently on day shift with minimal supervision
