Magical Beginnings is seeking a Floating Teacher to join their team at their Leominster location. The role involves supporting multiple classrooms, offering flexibility and variety while ensuring consistency in high-quality child care. Requirements

• Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting
• EEC Teacher Certification, CDA, or equivalent degree and experience a plus
• Ability to spend extended periods of time on the floor with the children
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to stand up to 90% of the workday
• Attentiveness, strong time management, and a team-focused mindset
