Floating Assistant Teacher - Paid Winter Break

Magical Beginnings is seeking a Floating Assistant Teacher to join their team at their Essex location. The role involves supporting multiple classrooms, providing substitute coverage, and assisting teachers with daily tasks. The ideal candidate is a compassionate, energetic educator with daycare experience and a love for helping young children meet and exceed their developmental goals.

Requirements

• Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting
• EEC Teacher Certification, CDA, or equivalent degree and experience a plus!
• Ability to spend extended periods of time on the floor with the children
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to stand up to 90% of the workday
• Attentiveness, strong time management, and a team-focused mindset
