Magic Eden is a leading Bitcoin dApp and NFT marketplace looking for a Product Design Lead to help shape the next era of Web3. The role involves leading a team of product designers, contributing to product vision, and creating best-in-class user experiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience as an UI or UX designer
• At least 2 years managing teams
• Strong passion for real-world collectible assets and digital collectibles
• Significant interest in web3 space and crypto-native product thinking
• Proven ability to thrive as a hybrid IC/Manager
• Systems-level thinking and experience scaling a rapidly growing product
• Experience leading a design team
• Proficiency with Figma and web + mobile design standards
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
