Magellan Aerospace has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time permanent Manufacturing Engineering Technical Team Leader at our manufacturing hub in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This position is required to efficiently manage a team of Manufacturing Engineering resources to meet departmental goals and deliverables.

Requirements

• Post-secondary diploma in a technical field
• 7-10 years experience in a manufacturing environment
• Sound working knowledge of internal MRB requirements
• CIM certificate an asset
• Black Belt or Green Belt certification an asset
• Supervisor experience an asset
• Strong communication, team work, and organizational skills
