Requirements
- 3-5 years of apprenticeship experience
- Trade certification
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, aerospace preferred
- Weld experience
- Ability to locate, mark out, and operate sheet metal shop machines (drills, band saws, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving and following instructions
- Ability to follow blueprints/drawings
