International Operations Specialist

The International Operations Specialist role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of our international fulfillment network, managing relationships with international 3PLs, and ensuring service-level agreement adherence. This is a highly cross-functional role that will collaborate closely with teams across Web, Marketing, Finance, and Sales to enable efficient international growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory, operations, or a related analytical role
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools like Excel / SQL
• Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience communicating to internal management and external partners
• Excellent project and time management skills, ability to manage multiple projects and consistently deliver on deadlines
• Experience in ecommerce operations and / or fulfillment
• Bachelor's degree in related field required
