Müşteri Temsilcisi

We are looking for a Customer Representative to take an active role in customer processes for our Bulut Filo product. This position is responsible for monitoring customer requests end-to-end, coordinating with relevant departments, and supporting the continuous progress of the operation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively by phone and active listening
