Requirements
- High school education or equivalent with technical background or additional training
- Three to five years' mechanical experience with heavy equipment
- Strong working knowledge of hydraulics, powertrain, electronic/electrical systems
- Good decision-making and creative thinking skills
- Good problem solving, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Moderate computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office
- Good customer service skills, basic prospecting skills
- Good listening and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of safety rules, laws and regulations
- Self-motivated with ability to work with little supervision
- Ability to work overtime and weekends
- Ability to uphold professionalism with internal and external customers
