We are seeking a highly motivated Receptionist to support our team at the Benbowopka Treatment Centre. As a Receptionist, you will assist in implementing office administration practices, maintaining clerical systems, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- High School diploma (required)
- Post Secondary Diploma in Business or Office Administration considered an asset
- 1-2 years' experience in office administration
- Experience and academic training in business and public relations
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Willingness to take direction and work within the policies, philosophy, and procedures of the Centre
- Ability to interact pleasantly and professionally with clients, staff, and the general public
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Good filing and organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated non-abusive lifestyle
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, as well as independently
- Knowledgeable in the operation of office equipment and computers
- Reliable, punctual, mature, and friendly
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team environment
- Diligent in maintaining office operations hours of work
