MAAC is seeking a Family Asset Building Coordinator to support the delivery and oversight of financial empowerment services. The role involves supervising Family Asset Building Specialists and volunteers, providing direct support to participants, and assisting with program coordination and community engagement. This position is critical in ensuring consistent service delivery across grants and supporting financial education opportunities.

Requirements

• Knowledge of financial coaching and asset-building strategies.
• Case management principles and participant engagement techniques.
• Experience in financial coaching, case management, or community-based programming.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and CRMs.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Ability to supervise and support staff.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends.
