Job Description
M/I Homes is seeking a Mortgage Loan Closer to prepare closing documentation packages for FHA, VA, USDA, DPA and Conventional mortgage loans. The role involves coordinating with processing, underwriting, and in-house title company staff, and maintaining accurate closing schedules and funding schedules.
Requirements
- High school graduate with some college preferred
- At least three (3) years of experience in the mortgage field
- Customer-service oriented with good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to elicit, interpret, analyze, and evaluate given information relative to company policy and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented aptitude
