Job Description
M/I Homes is looking for a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer to work with its builder financing subsidiary, M/I Financial, LLC. The successful candidate must be well-versed in mortgage loan guidelines and have at least three years of experience in a purchase-focused mortgage origination role.
Requirements
- Well-versed in origination and underwriting guidelines of all types of mortgage loans
- Knowledgeable in Conventional, FHA, and VA loan guidelines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a purchase-focused mortgage origination role
- Some college preferred
